Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-04
Controller
Mars LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy contact: [email protected].
Data we collect
Account email and a hashed (scrypt) password; order and plan records; API key metadata (prefix, label, timestamps — never the full key); free-run and programmatic-SEO usage counters; newsletter email if you subscribe; and basic server logs. Content you paste into the browser tools is processed in your browser and is not sent to us.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and for the anonymous free-run counter. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner; if you decline or ignore it, GA does not load. You can change your choice by clearing site data.
Advertising
If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, including personalised ads. Ad code loads only after you accept cookies in the consent banner; you can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. Ads are not shown to signed-in paid (Pro/Scale) users.
How we use data
To provide and secure the service, enforce plans and quotas, process payments, prevent abuse, and send transactional email (verify, reset, receipts).
Sharing and sub-processors
We share the minimum necessary with our payment processor (to confirm your USDT payment), our email provider (to deliver transactional mail) and our analytics provider (after consent). We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep records as needed for billing, security and legal compliance, then delete or anonymise them. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond as required by law.
International transfers
We may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt; API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; administrative areas require an authorised account and are excluded from indexing.
