By creating an account or using MarsGeo you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who we are
MarsGeo is operated by Mars LLC ("we", "us"), which provides free browser-based SEO tools and optional paid plans at https://mars.cx. Contact: [email protected].
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.
The service
We provide free browser-based SEO tools and optional paid plans (Pro, Scale) that add unlimited runs, bulk mode, API access and programmatic SEO generation. The free tools run in your browser; paid features run on our servers.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your password and any API keys you create, and for all activity under them. Keep them secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. We currently accept USDT (TRC-20) via our payment processor; card payments may be available. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to break the law or to attack, overload or abuse third-party sites.
Intellectual property
We own the service, its software and our content. You own the content and data you submit, and the output you generate from your own inputs. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the free service is provided without SLA. Paid features are offered with reasonable-effort availability; planned maintenance is announced when possible.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
