Free plan
The free plan costs nothing and needs no refunds. It includes the browser tools with a daily run limit.
Digital paid plans
Pro and Scale are digital services that activate immediately. Because access and quotas are granted on purchase, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was materially unavailable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. In the EU/UK, for example, digital services may carry a 14-day right of withdrawal that can be waived once delivery begins with your consent; contact us and we will honour applicable law.
Service failures
If a paid feature is materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will, at our discretion, extend your plan or issue a pro-rata refund or credit.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues until the end of the paid period; unused programmatic-SEO quotas do not roll over.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal revokes access and may lead to account termination.
